Our Heritage

A legacy woven over generations.

Our story begins with our patriarch, Rai Bahadur Kanwar Raj Nath, who had the honour of being elected Chairman of the Indian Woollen Mills Federation.

Kanwar Vilas Nath, an industry veteran in his own right, ran our family's woollen spinning mills and has been part of the Indian delegation at numerous IWTO and SMART conferences held around the world. A visionary, he expanded our woollen business into the recycling industry, well ahead of its time in terms of global sustainability.

Today, Shivas Nath, who joined the business in 2000 after training in wool sciences at Massey University, New Zealand, and Reshma Nath, who heads our ever-growing recycling and upcycling business, carry that vision forward across markets in the UK, Europe, Canada, the Middle East and the Far East.
